These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, communications, and services offered by Clever Cleaning Enterprise LLC, doing business as Clever Cleaning (“Clever Cleaning,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Cleaning Services

Descriptions on our website are general and do not guarantee that every service is available for every property.

The scope, price, timing, supplies, access requirements, and other terms of a cleaning service may be stated in a separate quote, work request, job confirmation, invoice, or agreement. If there is a conflict, the terms of the applicable quote or service agreement control for that service.

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, access, and service information. You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the service location and informing us of hazards, fragile items, pets, alarms, restricted areas, or other circumstances that may affect the service.

Appointments may be subject to availability, confirmation, weather, staffing, safety conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, payment, or refund terms presented in your quote or service agreement apply to that appointment.

2. Estimates, Invoices, and Payments

Unless stated otherwise, estimates are based on the information available when prepared and may change if the condition, size, access, requested work, or scope differs from what was described.

You agree to pay approved charges according to the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms and privacy policies.

3. Clever Cleaning Text-Messaging Program

Program name and description

The Clever Cleaning Customer Communications Program provides text messages relating to cleaning-service inquiries, estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and rescheduling, arrival updates, service updates, invoices, payment reminders, customer support, review requests, and occasional promotional offers when separately authorized.

Consent

You may opt in through a website or booking form by checking an unchecked consent box, by initiating a text conversation with us for messages related to that conversation, or through another method that clearly records your consent.

Merely providing a telephone number does not constitute consent to receive promotional text messages.

By opting in, you authorize Clever Cleaning to send the categories of text messages described at the point of consent to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, requests, account activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP.

You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

A request to stop text messages does not cancel scheduled cleaning services or amounts already owed.
